| Nursery Basket Plant Stand |
|
|
| A clever idea, created by Jacque, Sherman, TX. |
|
Congradulations Jacque!!! You are now the proud mother of Ely. A sweet 8 pound 10 ounce baby boy.
Jacque came up with the Baby Basket Stand because of limited room in her nursery. She picked out the green baskets
that almost perfectly fit the bottom of the plantstand. Michaels and Hobby Lobby carry similar baskets. Two white
trash bags were opened and the base of the plantstand was placed in the bottom basket. Rock was
then added(3/4 full) to stablized and add weight to the bottom basket. We had to punch holes through
the middle bottom of the remaining baskets and slide the baskets downward and out a top corner. The baskets
were slid on at opposite angles to make this beautiful Baby Basket Stand beside her changing table. We also want
to congradulate Klye, the proud father!

| Beautiful Indoor Plantstand with Painted Pots |
|
|
| These creative pots were designed by Judy, Tulsa, Oklahoma. |
|
Judys' painted pots sparkle as the sun gleams
through the window. She has some very helpful hints to make planting easier. Judy placed a plastic catch
dish under the bottom pot in case of water runoff. She suggest doing a "dry run" with empty pots to get
an idea of how the pots tilt. "I just planted single plants instead of multiples in the pots. For the bottom
one I worked some of the ivy vines under the wings of the of the stand before adding the rest of the soil. I found it
was much easier to slide the first 10" pot onto the stand BEFORE adding the rock and soil. I held the plant in
place with one hand while adding soil around it. I added each subsequent pot using the same method. Fill with
soil only to about 1" inch of the rim. Too full and wet soil will fall out when you water. Last, plan
to use a watering can type watering device and water slowly". In Judys' own words, and I agree, "Isn't
it festive looking"?!

| Amazing idea using an assortment of different pots |
|
|
| Pat and Deb, Grandbury, TX., created this amazing Plant Stand. |
Another unique idea! This one from Pat
and Deb, Granbury, TX. " We did the 10" with a 12" instead, they had colored clay pots here in town,
so we just mixed it to our liking... We used succulents in two of them for they flower all summer long. We used Lantana
and Verbena in the bottom pots. We just made grouping around our plantstand with other pots and statues".
Thanks Pat and Deb! Your selection of pots, and plants provide gardeners with creative, beautiful, and new ideas when
they venture into the land of the Amazing Plant Stand!

| Beautifully woven baskets for the bathroom |
|
|
| What a neat idea for small bathrooms! Created by Kay, Springdale, Ak. |
|
Here's another terrific idea for the Bathroom! Sent to us
from Kay, Springdale, Ark., these tightly woven baskets make this Bathroom Stand unique! What makes this stand different
from others is the baskets are made like pots. They already have holes, no drilling required! Kay used some
artifical flowers in the bottom basket to keep the planting theme alive. In the remaining baskets she added towels,
soaps, brushes, etc., which made a beautiful display for her bathroom. Kay went "INTO THE FUTURE" when she
came up with this exciting new Bathroom Stand Display!!

| Combine all your Herbs together? |
|
|
| Plant Stand combines seven herbs: strawberries, tomatoes, oregano, parsley, sage, chives, peppers. |
|
This Herb Plant Stand is fun!!! The top pot contains
chives. Parsley and sage were planted in the eight inch pot. The middle 10 pot contains strawberries, and cherry
tomatoes. Banana peppers and Italian sage make up the bottom 10 inch pot. Last, the 12 inch base pot holds oregano. This
herb plantstand combines the herbs and gets them off the ground!
